- From 2002-2005 she attended "Theatre Studio" run by Giuseppe Porcu.
- in 2004 she participated in an animation theatre workshop, run by Giorgio Scaramuzzino
- in 2004 she participated in a theatre workshop for teaching drama to disabled people, run by Sandro Baldacci
- in 2005 she did a course on "the mask in the comedy of art", run by Enrico Bonavera
- in 2006 she did a course on "the character of the clown", run by Boris Vecchio, Chris Lynam and Adriana Kocijan
- from October 2006-June 2007, she attended a recitation and film dubbing course at Titania studios in Rome
- in 2007 "Associazione sorrisi in pillole", inspired by Patch Adams. A course on smile therapy followed by a tour around local hospitals
- September 2008 she attended an intensive acting workshop, on "La ronde" by A. Schnitzler, run by Massimo Manna

- 2005 " Lui & Lei" by A. Nicolaj, directors L. Carli and G. Oliveri, in the role of The Bride
- 2006 " Le médecin malgré lui" by Molière, directors L. Carli and G. Oliveri, in the role of Lucinda

- She studied transverse flute
- Since 2004 she has collaborated with "Instabile theatre company" in Imperia, and in July 2004 Federica received the Albisola Theatre Award for "Best group performance" in "Beffe" from Decameron by G. Boccaccio.
She is in the process of completing her degree in D.A.M.S. ( Drama, Art and Music) at Rome university.

Federica is a member of a youth cultural association called "Freely", wich organizes events in Imperia.
